Fine tune your tours with Funnel Analytics
The image you see above is the super cool new funnel analytics.
The funnel analytics provides key data on how to fine tune your tours. You can see how many people took your tour, how many dropped off (quit the tour) at each step of the tour and the percentage of people who took the tour until the end.
The analytics also highlights steps which cause a large % drop off, so you know which steps to focus on.
Usually drop off are caused due to the following reasons:
- The tour is getting too long, and users are starting to quit it
- The message is not clear / is confusing
- You ask the user to perform an action, but the user is not able to do it successfully
- Steps which traverse between pages sometimes have a drop off if the user wants to continue exploring the current page
